My Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. I can enjoy a pool, gym, and a courtyard featuring a fire pit. Delivery Packages are secured in a designated locker system. The community is situated in Northeast Philadelphia, close to Pennypack Park. Interstate 95, Route1 and Pennsylvania Turnpike. On-site parking is available. My 3-bedroom units are considered reasonably priced m. I’ve report issues with washers being overloaded. Wiping out the washer and dryer before use is a good practice to ensure they remain clean. Ive never seen and roaches or rats, as other reviews say. Wipe down your cabinets inside and out , and disinfect regularly ,there should be no issues. I’ve seen spiders and daddy long legs, you can put in a request to get your apartment serviced. The air is cold and the heat is hot. During winter months, I store my fan and summer clothing in totes in the storage room. During the summer I store my winter clothing. My appliance is older model but they work excellent. Ms. Lynn is described as firm but effective in managing the community. Pay ya rent you won’t have any issues. People who are the problem, tend to be the ones with the most complaints. While it’s generally quiet, some noise from neighbors can occasionally be heard, as is common in apartment living.

I don’t recommend here. I’m so uncomfortable right now. There’s no air right now as they’ve switched to heat not caring that the temperatures are in the 80s this week.  can’t even sleep  at nights. Cooking in the apartment is a disaster right now due to the excess heat. Rat and roach infested too. Don’t bother with the apology you’ve seen here. Moved here about a year ago, was very skeptical to go into here from a house but it's very quiet here, Lynne the Mgr is excellent, she goes out of her way to help anytime I need something, place is very clean also, and the courtyard is beautiful out by the pool

Been living here for 5 years! Since Last year, it has been a complete nightmare. Lynn office manager was nice for the 4 years. Until 2022, when I moved into the first floor and started addressing the issues in our home. MAJOR drainage issues, MILDEW AND MOLD, excessive mice, unfinished maintenance and outsider constructor work order. Lynn, was horrible to communicate with within the last year regarding all the damages inside of our home. Not even just that, dead body found after complaining about a nasty smell since June 2023. Fire above our unit, wasn’t properly communicated during the process on their plans with the tenants that are living underneath which caused damaged to majority of my office space. But left our home with serval mildew and mold that was most likely growing behind the walls. We were also accused of damaging the rack bar towel hanger in our home, until I written them a formal letter stating my concerns because our home was ALWAYS left cleaned, and they realize the item was not placed on correctly! Till this very day, never received an apology of being accused which I surly don’t care for, but the only good thing is good neghibors and the convent stores in the area. I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! If you do plan on living in this apartment, be mindful of ALWAYS DOCUMENTING EVERYTHING BY A WRITTEN LETTER OR BY EMAIL! Beware moving here. The office manager Lynn is rude and very inconsiderate. They do not inspect their appliances and require you to pay for it. Even with multiple unit fires. They didn't even notify the other occupants of the dead body found in the complex. Can you tell the guy in the Red Crashed up Mustang with the Load Muffler to drive around The Joshua House all night instead of The Atrium parking lot!  He is waking the Whole Building up and my baby!
