Pet-Friendly Apartments in NE Philly

Pet-Friendly Apartments in NE Philadelphia

Atrium Apartments welcomes cats at our community on Welsh Road in Northeast Philadelphia. Our four-story building has elevators, keyed and intercom access, off-street parking, and individual heating and air conditioning units in each room.

These features can make apartment living easier for cat owners. Elevators help when carrying a pet carrier or bringing home heavy bags of food and litter. Off-street parking also makes trips to the veterinarian or pet supply store more manageable.

Small dogs under 25 pounds are currently being considered. Dogs are not part of the confirmed pet policy at this time. Contact the leasing team for the latest information before applying with a pet.

Cats Are Welcome at Atrium Apartments

Finding an apartment that accepts your cat is only part of the decision. You also need enough room for food, litter, scratching posts, toys, and a quiet place for your cat to rest.

Atrium Apartments offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. When comparing layouts, think about where you will place your cat’s belongings. A low-traffic area may work well for a litter box, while a window can give an indoor cat a sunny place to sit and watch the neighborhood.

Some apartments have remodeled kitchens with new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Each apartment also includes a microwave. Individual heating and air conditioning units are located in each room, allowing residents to manage temperatures throughout the apartment.

Building Features That Help Pet Owners

Atrium is a four-story apartment building with features that can help with everyday pet care.

Elevators

Carrying a cat in a secure carrier can be difficult on stairs. Elevators make it easier to leave the building for veterinary visits, grooming appointments, or travel.

The building has keyed and intercom access. This creates a controlled entry point between your apartment and the outdoors, which may be especially helpful for cats that try to slip through open doors.

Residents have access to off-street parking. You can get your cat into the car without first walking a long distance with a carrier.

Each room has its own heating and air conditioning unit. This allows residents to adjust the temperature in the areas where their pets spend the most time.
